RADAR is an Electron, React and TypeScript desktop app. It reads a BLIP.md file in each project folder and draws the projects as blips on one scope. The files are plain text. An AI agent updates them through a /blip command, so the state of each project lives next to the code it describes.

The engine that reads and writes those files is published on npm as radar-blip. The repository lists five releases, from v1.0.0 to v3.0.0, as of the day this entry was checked.
